The NIOS takes conscious steps to provide quality education. The Govt. of India has vested authority with NIOS to conduct Public Examinations and provide Secondary and Senior Secondary level certificates, which are equivalent to the certificates provided by any other Board. NIOS is one of the three National Boards while the other two are CBSE and ICSE. In Stream 1st (Block II) of NIOS Board Marksheet, provisional certificate, migration cum transfer certificate, and passing certificate will be awarded of the year 2021 to successful learners. Learners taking admission through Cambridge Academy under Stream-1 will be attached to the AI (Study Centre) as opted by them at the time of admission and will be eligible for TOC as per conditions are given in NIOS Prospectus.
Why should you Apply Enrollment in NIOS?
In India, there are many pupils who are best is some subject and a little bit poor in another subject just like student have good learning skill and he/she take an interest in learning and reading but he/she has taken less interest in doing calculations so he/she always gets good marks in learning subjects like English, Social Science etc…but fails in mathematics in Final Exam. In NIOS Board you can appear for few subjects in the first half of the year and for the remaining subject next half of the session.
Required Documents for Admission in NIOS - Stream 1 for Block II
For Class 10th (Secondary) –
- Birth Certificate Nursing Home/First Class Magistrate/Nagar Nigam/8th Class Pass Transfer Certificate, Aadhar Card.
- 6 Colored passport size photographs along with Name and Date.
- Guardian/Parents Address proof (Photo Copy) except Driving License.
For 12th (Senior Secondary)-
- Photo Copy of Class 10th Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate, Photo Copy of Aadhar Card
- 6 Colored passport size photographs along with Name and Date.
- Guardian/Parents Address proof (Photo Copy) except Driving License.
N.I.O.S Passed students can seek admission in all India as well as state Medical, Engineering and other various competitive exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, PMT (NEET), CA, CS, ICWA, CLAT and also other professional and academic courses in all universities, technical institutes across the country and abroad. These passing students of NOS can also seek the government JOBS whether central / state government. However other eligibility criteria like age, particular subjects, qualifying percentage, and other criteria must be fulfilled by the students.
